Kurland’s Tibetan Singing Bowl was uniquely developed for relaxation therapies by a Tibetan monk in traditional Nepalese craftsmanship, using the original designs of the 5,000 year old asian sound massage instrument. Each bowl is handmade and unique.

The Singing Bowl is made up of a blend from 7 different metals, yielding a particular round, full and deep sound that echoes for minutes. Each bowl is supplemented by a clapper and bottom ring.

The modern sound massage treatment is based on Peter Hess, who collected his sound experiences in Tibet and Nepal.

The instrument is known throughout Japan, China, Nepal, Tibet and Thailand for its healing and meditative properties. It has been used for centuries in religious ceremonies, meditation and strengthening the powers of self-healing.
